Who we are
AgileTask OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller for this website and for the products listed on it. Contact: support@agiletask.ai.
This website
agiletask.ai does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and does not ask you for any personal data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and delivery. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Our products
Each product has its own privacy policy, which explains what it collects and why:
- Forge: forge.repair/privacy
- Spoonmark: spoonmark.app/privacy. Joining the waitlist collects your email address; the policy explains how it is stored and how long we keep it.
- Van Rate Co: purchases are handled by Etsy under Etsy's privacy policy; we receive only what Etsy shares to fulfil the order.
- Other mobile apps: each app links its own policy on its App Store page.
- AgileTask (retired): see the shutdown notice. All remaining data is deleted by 3 December 2026.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Write to support@agiletask.ai. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
